2 tsps Matcha tea powder
26 ozs Plant drink (vegetable milk) (e.g. oat milk, cashew drink)
2 tsps Lavender
2 tsps honey
2 pinches Bourbon vanilla powder

Preparation steps

1.

Bring 7 ounces of water to a boil and allow to cool to about 175°F. In the meantime, place the cashew drink in a pot with 1 teaspoon of lavender flowers, honey, and vanilla, heat it up, and foam it up with a whisk.

2.

Put Matcha powder into a bowl and mix it with the hot water (e.g. with a Matcha whisk). Divide Matcha tea into 4 cups or glasses, add warmed cashew drink and serve the lavender Matcha Latte garnished with remaining lavender flowers.
