2 tsps freshly chopped rosemary

Preparation steps

Rinse the lamb, pat dry, and cut into large bite-sized pieces. Peel the garlic, then pass through a press. Mix the garlic, oil, and rosemary. Season with pepper, add to the lamb, and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Slice the lemon.

Drain the lamb, then place the lamb and lemons on 8 skewers. Broil for 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Baste the skewers with the remaining marinade during cooking. Season with salt and serve.
