- ¼ cup button Mushrooms (chopped)
- ¼ cup carrots (chopped)
- ¼ cup baby Cucumber (sliced thick)
- ¼ cup red peppers (chopped)
- ¼ cup Grape tomato
- ¼ cup mixed greens (lettuce)
Preparation steps

In a one pint jar, pour in 2 tablespoons vinaigrette. Add chicken and mushrooms. Next, add carrots, cucumbers, red peppers and tomatoes. Lastly top with greens and cover tightly. Keep cold until ready to eat.
