Preparation steps
Rinse arugula, spin dry and finely chop.
Rinse the basil and lemon balm and shake dry. Pluck off leaves, reserve some for garnish and finely chop the rest.
Squeeze juice from lemon half.
Trim fat from ham, then cut ham into very thin strips.
In a bowl, mix arugula, basil, lemon and cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in ham. Season the spread with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Garnish with basil and lemon balm leaves and serve.
