Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Rinse, trim, and finely dice the chile. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Sauté the onion, garlic, and chile for 2 minutes, until translucent. Deglaze the pan with the broth and bring to a boil. Remove then pan from the heat and let cool.

Rinse the herbs, pat dry, and coarsely chop. Add the herbs, mustard, and broth mixture to the blender, and puree completely. Gradually incorporate the remaining oil into the sauce. Season to taste with salt, and transfer to a glass.
