- 1 Whole Grain Roll (sliced in half)
- 2 Tbsps Cottage cheese
- Lettuce (a few fresh leaves of choice)
- 1 slice ripe Tomatoes
- yellow Bell pepper (a few pieces)
- ¼ cup Sprout
Preparation steps
1.
Spread 1 tablespoon cottage cheese on bottom of roll. Layer all of the vegetables on top. Spoon the remaining cottage cheese on top of the piled vegetables and place the top of roll to finish. Serve.
