- 3 cups cold water
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Combine the wheatgrass, water, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender.
2.
Blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour through a fine sieve into a bowl, pressing the pulp against the sieve with a spatula to extract as much of the juice as possible.
3.
Pour the juice into glasses and serve.
