Preparation steps

1.

Rinse asparagus, snap off woody ends and cut stalks crosswise in thirds. Blanch asparagus in salted boiling water, about 5 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain well.

2.

Rinse and spin spinach dry. Cut ham slices in half. Place 2-3 pieces of asparagus on each piece of ham, top with a few spinach leaves, roll up, and place on a serving plate.
