1 tsp Curry powder
2 tsps Sambal oelek
50 milliliters sunflower oil
3 yellow Bell pepper
600 grams Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
3 Red onions

Preparation steps

1.

For the kebabs: Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into large cubes. Mix with the curry powder, sambal and sunflower oil then set aside to marinate for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, rinse the peppers, remove the stems, seeds and pith and chop.

Preheat the grill. Soak wooden skewers in lukewarm water.

For the salsa: Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half, remove the seeds and dice. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and dice. Mix the tomato and cucumber together.

Alternately stick the meat and peppers on the skewers. Peel the onions and cut into thick rings. Grill the turkey skewers directly on the grates and the onions in a grill pan on the grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

6.

Season the salsa with salt and pepper then mix in the olive oil and vinegar. Season the turkey skewers with salt and pepper. Serve.
