Preparation steps

Rinse the shrimp. Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail intact. Devein the shrimp by cutting along the back and removing the intestinal tract.

Rinse the lemon and cut into slices. Mix the olive oil and the lemon zest. Drizzle the shrimp with the olive oil mixture. Cook the lemons and shrimp on a preheated grill for 8 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates, and garnish with the mizuna. Serve with a dipping sauce like a salsa.
