10 green Olives
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cut cheese into 4 thick slices. Peel onions and cut into rings. Rinse and slice tomatoes. Halve and pit olives.  

2.

Brush 4 pieces of foil (about 20 x 20 cm) (approximately 8 x 8 inches) with olive oil. Spread each with onions and season lightly with salt and pepper. Top with tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Spread with cheese and olives, season with pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

4.

Seal foil well and grill on a hot grill for 10-12 minutes.

5.

Unfold carefully and sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
