1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Rinse bell peppers, cut off tops and remove seeds. Mix parsley with lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Brush oil over the insides of the bell peppers. Cut cheese into 4 pieces and place 1 piece in each of the bell peppers.

Place the stuffed peppers on a preheated grill and grill over medium heat until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
