If you want to help your body detoxify and purify safely and comfortably, this is the recipe for you. Sorrel supplies plenty of vitamin C all whlie having a slightly laxative and blood-purifying effect.

As healthy as this drink is for most people, sorrel contains plenty of oxalic acid! If you suffer from gout or kidney stones, take caution.
