Preparation steps

1.

Rinse grapes and pat dry. Halve, remove seeds and mix grapes together. Divide about half of the grapes among four small jars.

2.

Mix yogurt with honey. Divide half of yogurt over grapes. Top jars with remaining grapes and spoon remaining yogurt over grapes.

3.

Divide rolled oats over grapes. Coarsely chop nuts and sprinkle on tops. Seal jars and bring to work as a snack or lunch.
