4 ripe Tomatoes (skinned, seeds removed and chopped)
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
4 Tbsps water
crushed peppercorns (to garnish)
sliced Baguette (to serve)

Preparation steps

Blend together the peppers, tomatoes, Tabasco, vinegar and water.

Pass through a fine sieve, season with salt and pour into glasses.
