1 Grapefruit
2 Oganic oranges
4 Kiwi
White and Blue Grape (3-4 ounces each)
2 cloves
2 Star anise
2 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel grapefruit and oranges with a sharp knife carefully, taking care to remove all white pith. Then along the inner membranes, cut out the citrus slices. Cut the oranges over a bowl to collect the juice. Squeeze remaining juice out of the membrane once all the flesh is cut out.

Peel kiwis and cut into slices.

Halve grapes and remove seeds.

4.

Mix the orange and grapefruit juice with the honey and star anise clove. Mix the prepared fruit together with the juice and let stand for about 30 minutes. 

To serve: Transfer into individual bowls.
