2 Tbsps scallions
1 splash lemon juice

4 Pickled cucumbers (with pickle juice to taste)
8 slices cooked ham
Chives (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the eggs for about 8 minutes until hard. Rinse under cold water, peel and finely chop. Mix the mayonnaise with cheese and the quark until creamy. Mix in the eggs and chives and season with some pickle juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cut the pickles into sticks.

Place the egg mixture and the pickle strips on the center of each slice of ham and roll up.

3.

Serve wrapped and garnished, to taste, with 2-3 chives each.
