- 10 eggs
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 120 grams Feta
- 120 grams cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (parsley and dill)
- lemon juice
- 1 handful Arugula
- 100 grams Chorizo (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
Beat eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Heat a little oil in a hot frying pan. Add 1/4 of egg mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Mix feta, cream cheese and chopped herbs in a small bowl. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon.
3.
Rinse arugula and shake dry.
4.
Spread feta mixture onto finished eggs and top with arugula and chorizo. Then roll up and serve.
