Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Finely chop everything and fill ice cube trays 3/4 full with a portion of the herbs. Fill with cold water and freeze.

2.

Spread out the remaining herbs and allow them to dry, turning occasionally, for at least 5 days. They dry quicker in a warm, dry place.

3.

The herbs will keep for at least 4 months.
