Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 220°C (approximately 425°).

Peel potatoes, rinse and cut 3-4 deep pockets into each, creating a fan shape. Place in a greased baking dish. Drizzle with half of butter and season with salt. Bake for about 25 minutes. Season with pepper, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake for an additional 5-8 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
