Preparation steps

Slice peeled cucumber into 1-inch rounds. Carefully scoop out the center, to form a bowl.

In a medium bowl, combine tuna, avocado, chili peppers, ginger, cilantro, and grapeseed oil. Season to taste with lime juice and sea salt. Arrange tuna tartare in the bowls of the sliced cucumber. Serve immediately.
