500 grams Crème fraiche
50 milliliters milk
200 grams powdered sugar
100 grams raisins
freshly grated Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Orange blossom water

Preparation steps

1.

Bring 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water to boil in a large saucepan. Stir in the millet and 2 pinches of salt. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, until all of the water has been absorbed.

Remove from heat and stir in the quark, creme fraiche, milk and powdered sugar. Mix well. Fold in the raisins and orange blossom water, ladle the porridge into bowls, season with nutmeg to taste and serve.
