Preparation steps

1.

Peel cucumber half, cut in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.

2.

Coarsely grate the cucumber into a bowl.

Add the cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Cut cress from the bed, add to mixture and serve.
