- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsps Shredded coconut
- 6 Walnut
- 2 Tbsps Golden raisins
- ¼ cup plain Yogurt
- ½ ripe Peach (skinned and stoned)
- 6 Raspberries
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the oats with the coconut and divide between two bowls.
2.
Top with the walnut halves and sultanas, then spoon over the yoghurt.
3.
Chop the peach into bite-sized chunks and arrange them on top with the raspberries.
