1 cup Parmesan (freshly grated)
6 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and pressed)

Preparation steps

1.
Place chopped basil and toasted pine nuts into the bowl of a food processor. Add about half of the olive oil and puree until smooth. Stir in the rest of the oil, grated cheese, garlic and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve on bread, crackers or in your favorite recipe. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
