1 Ciabatta
1 cooked egg
1 Pickled cucumber
1 tsp drained Caper
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Yogurt (0.1% fat)
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tomatoes
4 leaves Lettuce
250 grams Roast beef (sliced)
200 grams Cheese (such as Gouda)

Preparation steps

Cut the ciabatta in half horizontally. Peel and chop the egg. Finely chop pickled cucumber and capers, then mix the mayonnaise and yogurt with the egg, pickled cucumber, capers and 1 tablespoon of water. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse the tomatoes, cut out stems and cut into slices.

Trim the lettuce, rinse, drain and tear into pieces. Spread bottom half of ciabatta with the mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Then top with slices of roast beef, cheese, lettuce slices and tomato slices. Top with remaining ciabatta half and cut sandwich into 4 pieces before serving.
