Preparation steps

Rinse the lime under hot water, dry it and cut into slices. Peel the ginger and cut into slices. Rinse and halve the chiles. Boil the prepared ingredients with the sugar and 300 ml (1 1/4 cup) water. simmer for about 10 minutes and then cool. Pour into a jar, fill with vodka and seal. Store 4 weeks in a cool and dark place.
