4 Chicken breasts (each about 120 grams)

16 slices Bacon
4 garlic cloves
8 scallions
300 grams Cherry tomatoes
salt
2 Tbsps olive oil
120 milliliters dry white wine

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Wrap peppers and a bacon slice around each chicken breast. Halve garlic. Rinse scallions and cut in half crosswise or into thirds. Rinse tomatoes and distribute along with scallions and garlic between 4 oven-proof serving ramekins. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Pour a little wine into each ramekin and bake chicken breasts (with joint sides of bacon down) in oven until golden brown about 20 minutes.
