Preparation steps

Cook the bacon under the broiler for 4 to 5 minutes, turning once or twice, until crisp. Drain on paper towels.

Lay the bread out and spread each slice with guacamole. Top with bacon and sliced chicken, season to taste with salt and pepper, and sandwich together. Serve immediately.
