½ cup hot buffalo sauce (prepared)
4 Tbsps water
2 deli-style sandwich Rolls
2 Tbsps Blue cheese dressing (prepared)

Preparation steps

1.
Using two forks, shred chicken into bite-size pieces.
2.
In a medium saucepan add shredded chicken, prepared buffalo sauce and water. Stir and heat over medium for 5-7 minutes, stirring often, until chicken is heated through. Remove from heat.
3.
Divide chicken evenly between two sandwich rolls.
4.
Pour one tablespoon blue cheese dressing over each sandwich. Add top and serve.
