The mix of lysine from buckwheat and calcium from milk is ideal for strong bones, while iron from buckwheat supports healthy blood formation and oxygen transport. In addition, silica is contained, which is good for beauty as it causes shiny hair and strong nails. Anti-inflammatory enzymes from honey are said to have a beneficial effect. In addition, antioxidants can have a positive effect on heart health and lower blood pressure. All these ingredients ensure a perfect start to the day.

The honey is used here mainly for sweetening, of course you can reduce it or remove it from the recipe without substitution, depending on your taste. If you serve fruit, which is ideal for buckwheat porridge, you should also reduce the amount of honey.
