2 Tbsps Maple syrup
14 ozs greek Yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Clean the currants, wash them and pluck them from the vines. Finely puree with the milk and maple syrup.

2.

Mix berries with yogurt and lemon juice until smooth and pour into 8 ice cream molds. Let freeze for about 1 hour, then insert wooden sticks and freeze for another 2 hours. To serve, remove from the molds.
