2 ozs whole wheat Biscuits (food group) or cookie (i.e. Biscoffs)
2 Tbsps Pistachio
22 ozs Greek yogurt
2 tsps honey
4 leaves mint

Preparation steps

1.

Wash and drain the blackberries. Coarsely crumble whole wheat biscuits. Chop the pistachios.

2.

Layer yogurt, blackberries, and biscuit crumbs alternately in four dessert glasses. Sprinkle pistachios over them and sprinkle with honey.

3.

Garnish blackberry-pistachio yogurt with mint leaves and serve.
