2 bulkie Rolls (split in half horizontally)
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
2 Lettuce
6 slices deli-style Roast beef (thinly sliced)
1 small onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
2 Plum tomato (rinsed and thinly sliced)
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Dill Pickle (to serve)
Potato chip (to serve)

Preparation steps

1.
Spread mayonnaise on the cut side of the bottom half of each roll. Top with lettuce, roast beef, sliced onions, and tomato slices. Season to taste with salt and pepper and top with remaining half of bulkie roll.

Divide between plates. Serve with pickle spears and potato chips.
