Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and cut into slices. Peel and halve the avocado. Remove the seed and cut into wedges. Arrange the tomato slices and the avocado on plates. Mix the yogurt with the herbs, then season to taste with lemon juice and sea salt. Drizzle the salad with the yogurt mixture and a little olive oil. Garnish with fresh herbs, season with salt, and red pepper flakes, and serve.
