½ cup mineral water (chilled)

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the ginger root, cut into small pieces and squeeze in batches with a garlic press into a serving glass.

2.

Rinse mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into narrow strips. Add to the glass.

3.

Add apple juice and ice cubes to the glass and mix well. Top with the mineral water and serve immediately.
