4 Tbsps lemon juice
2 enucleated red chili peppers (julienned)
4 centiliters Calvados

Preparation steps

1.

Bring the juice and the jam sugar to a boil in a saucepan over high heat, stirring often. Cook for 4 minutes, then add the lemon juice and calvados. Remove the pan from the heat. Divide the mixture into the prepared jars.

Divide the chili strips into the jars. Seal tightly, and turn upside down to cool briefly. Turn right side up and cool completely.
