2 stalks Celery
7 ozs Sour cherry (pitted, frozen)

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry apple. Halve, cut into eighths, and cut out core and seeds.

2.

Rinse celery and remove strings, if desired. Cut into large pieces.

3.

Rinse celery leaves and shake dry.

4.

Using an electric juicer, juice apples, celery and about 2/3 of the celery leaves.

5.

Add frozen cherries and puree with an immersion blender. Pour into a glass and garnish with remaining celery leaves.
