1 ½ cups Whole wheat flour
¾ cup light brown sugar
½ cup sunflower oil
4 Tbsps Wheat germ
4 Tbsps Oat bran
4 Tbsps Wheat bran
2 tsps Baking powder
1 cup water
2 Tbsps black Molasses
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ tsps Cider vinegar
½ cup raisins

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Place 8 paper liners in muffin tins.

Put all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
3.

Mix together the water, molasses and vanilla.

4.
Add to the dry ingredients with the oil and vinegar and mix slowly until thick. Stir in the raisins.
5.

Pour into the paper liners and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
