¼ cup freshly squeezed Lime juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic cloves (minced)
½ cup Canola oil
¼ cup Walnut oil
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
4 cups Watercress (washed and dried)
2 red Apple (cut in 1/ 2-inch dice, skins on)
¾ cup Peanuts (coarsely chopped)
¾ cup dried Cranberry

Preparation steps

Whisk lime juice, mustard, garlic and oils together with salt and pepper.
