1 sprig Verbena (about 20 cm)
½ tsp pink peppercorns
2 centiliters Coconut syrup
½ Lime (juiced)
3 Ice cubes

Preparation steps

Rinse the verbena, pat dry, and coarsely chop. Bring the verbena, peppercorns, and 150 ml (approximately 5 ounces) of water to a boil. Remove from the heat and let steep for 5 minutes. Pass through a fine strainer, then mix with liquid with the syrup and the lime juice. Set aside and let the mixture cool completely.

Add the ice cubes to a glass, then pour the drink into the glass. If necessary, top with a little ice-cold water. Garnish with the peppercorns and the verbena, and serve immediately.
