3 Tbsps olive oil
1 handful Basil
1 pinch Raw cane sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the tomatoes in a sieve and cut them roughly. Place the tomatoes in a tall container and puree them together with the sunflower seeds, olive oil and 4 tablespoons of water.

Wash basil, shake dry and chop leaves finely. Add basil to the tomato spread and stir in.

3.

Season tomato spread with raw cane sugar, salt and pepper. The tomato spread will keep for 4-5 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
