5 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 milliliters Soy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation steps

Break the chocolate small. Heat the soy milk and chocolate in a small saucepan at low temperature and stir until the chocolate has melted. Pour in the vegetable oil, soy cream and vanilla extract and mix well. Allow to cool and pour into an ice cream maker. Afterward freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
