2 Cucumber
5 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps olive oil (cold-pressed)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel cucumber, grate coarsely and mix in a bowl with 2 teaspoons salt. Let rest for approximately 10 minutes. Rinse cucumbers, drain well, then place in a clean kitchen towel and wring.

Mix cucumber in a bowl with yoghurt. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press. Gradually add olive oil while stirring and season with salt. Serve with fresh pita bread.
