Preparation steps

1.

Toast the pine nuts until golden brown in a dry sauté pan.

Peel the carrots and cut into matchsticks. Rinse the lettuce, shake dry, and cut into wide strips. Cut the turkey into strips.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck the leaves, and chop.

4.

Stir together the yogurt, cream, vinegar, mustard, and herbs. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.

5.

Divide the carrots, lettuce and turkey among the bowls, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with pine nuts.
