500 grams fresh Tuna steak
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 Red chili pepper
3 Tbsps Lime juice
salt
freshly ground peppers
carrots (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Freeze the tuna briefly, then cut into thin slices with a very sharp knife. Gently pound the slices in between two pieces of plastic wrap. Transfer the slices to plates, and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the chili and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membranes and thinly slice. 

2.

Mix the oil and the lime juice. Mix in the chili, and drizzle over the fish. Garnish with julienned carrots, and serve.
