1 medium Papaya
2 cups natural Yogurt
1 Star fruit (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Peel, core and roughly chop the pineapple.
2.
Peel the papaya and remove the seeds, reserving a few for the garnish. Roughly chop the flesh.
3.
Blend the pineapple and papaya with the yoghurt until smooth then pour into glasses filled with ice.
4.
Garnish with starfruit slices, mint sprigs and the reserved papaya seeds.
