8 Whole-wheat tortillas (finished product)
500 grams Beef fillet
1 Red paprika
1 green paprika
1 onion
salt
peppers
Chili powder
oregano
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cut beef into bite-size pieces. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Peel onion and cut into rings.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onions, beef and bell peppers over medium heat for 5 minutes and season well with salt, pepper, chili powder and oregano.

3.

Warm tortillas for a few minutes in a preheated 250°C (approximately 500°F) oven.

4.

Fill tortillas with beef and vegetables, fold and serve. Serve with a mixed green salad if desired.
