3 ripe Tomatoes (rinsed; trimmed and sliced)
3 balls Buffalo mozzarella (drained and sliced)
1 handful fresh Basil (rinsed; shaken dry and leaves pluck)
4 Flatbread
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
2 Tbsps good-quality olive oil (for drizzling)

Preparation steps

Dry-roast the flatbread briefly on both sides in a large skillet, about 45 to 60 seconds per side.

Arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices over half of each prepared flatbread. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a olive oil. Top with fresh basil, fold the flatbread in half and serve.
