Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lemon balm, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into fine strips.

2.

Rinse lime in hot water, wipe dry and grate 2 teaspoons zest on a fine grater. Cut lime in half and squeeze.

3.

Mix cream cheese with yogurt in a bowl until smooth. Add 3-4 tablespoons lime juice, lime zest, and harissa. Season to taste with salt and stir in the lemon balm.
